Executive Assistant to CEO

BIS Research is looking to hire an Executive Assistant to CEO currently based out of its Delhi office to join immediately.

An executive assistant 
• to assist the CEO in performing important functions in our company such as business development, product management, operation and human resources
• to partner with various stakeholders internally in the organization, as well as externally, and being fully competent with managing the professional calendar, emails, as well as coordinating various aspects of the day
• to ensure timely feedback and to manage daily morning and evening check-ins

Some Major Responsibilities:
As a growing business organization, we are constantly evolving with new challenges and responsibilities. As such, some of the immediate things we would like you to focus upon includes:
• Managing daily agenda and coordinating with various leaders reporting to the CEO on a daily basis
• Booking professional and personal travels and making sure all expenses are properly recorded
• Collecting and prioritizing a list of key decisions every day, such as: things that are needed to be signed, documents to be reviewed, important emails, invitations, deadlines, reminders, etc.
• Coordinating events in the office including monthly senior leadership meetings, monthly board meetings, quarterly town hall happy hours, organizing meets and greets
•  Taking on challenging tasks and ensuring their completion in a day between meetings
•  Recording, drafting and circulating the Minutes of Meeting
•  Setting up and coordinating the Agenda of Board Meetings

Education : Graduate from top tier colleges preferred

Experience : 4+ Years

Salary Offered : As per industry standards
