The incumbent will be responsible for assigned (vertical specific) targets of Revenue and Production, apart from other KRAs. These revenue targets need to be met through sales support interventions, and not direct sales efforts.
Responsible for the timely and quality product delivery of all assignments within your vertical. This will entail working with your Lead Analysts, as well as your own interventions to ensure the desired outcomes and customer satisfaction.
You will report to the AVP/ Division head and work closely with the Sales and Marketing team leads to strategize revenue generation and customer acquisition.
You will ensure the availability of right talent in your teams, for which you will provide support for Hiring and Onboarding.
To help in the career growth of the team members, as well as to ensure compliance with the required and desired processes, you will train the team on a need/ regular basis.
Performance management of your team members will be part of your responsibility.
To provide necessary visibility and inputs to the senior management, you will ensure adherence to the various data and knowledge management asks.
You will be expected to stay on top of the current and upcoming technology/ market trends in your vertical(s) and ensure a healthy pipeline of titles for syndicate publishing.
To help in customer acquisition and lead conversions, you will provide sales support via thought leadership/ content marketing assets such as Analyst notes, Infographics, Webinars, Event participation etc. on a regular basis.
At least 4-5 years of exp in Automotive/ Mobility Research and/ or Consulting; Overall experience 5-9 years
Good knowledge of the Automotive/ Mobility products, solutions, technologies, markets, fuels, trends, companies, developments etc.
Experience (at least 1-2 years) of managing a team of Analysts at a firm of repute.
Outstanding client engagement skills, including proposals, discovery, product marketing.
Comfortable in executing Market Engineering, Primary Interviews, and Patent Search
Advanced Degree (MBA/ MTech or equivalent) highly valued
