Designing and driving the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience
Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization
Partnering with leaders within the organization to track ongoing hiring needs of their business
Managing end-to-end recruitment • Identifying and partnering with external providers as required to ensure hiring needs are met
Defining and driving team to meet and exceed hiring benchmarks relating to time to fill, cost per hire, diversity hiring and hiring manager and candidate satisfaction
Defining and leading projects focused on continuous improvement
Implementing automation to improve kpi of hiring and talent retention by choosing best fit
Playing an active role in helping the organisation achieve a work place model which is truely hybrid
Taking overall ownership of Communication related to marketing to talent across social and non digital channels
Develop relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and manage the procurement and measurement process.
Engaging with reputed colleges and institutes for campus placement to hire fresh talent
Candidate will need to do -:
3-4 Years of experience within talent acquisition
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
Ability to build relationships with & influence stakeholders
