BIS Research is looking for smart, self driven, entrepreneurial & flexible Business Development expert to lead a team of highly accomplished  & energetic executive helping global clients to  navigate through technological distruptions

Roles & Responsibilities of Business Development  :

•    The incumbent will be handling a team of 4-5 resources & owing up revenue target for few industry practices
•    Mentor, train & Supervise inbound & outbound teams and train them to effectively identify & build new business opportunities and thereby achieving indivisual & organizational targets
•    Understand Market Intelligence Reports from various verticals and develop a robust sales strategy based on different requirements from clients
•    Retain the existing clients and further probe them to enhance business opportunities to increase customer lifetime value ( CLV) for the organization
•    Work closely with executives, marketing,and research team to increase the Closure Ratio and Number of New Acquisitions and also to optimize customer acquisition cost (CAC)
•    Active participation in generation of RFPs/RFQs for key accounts
•    New account development for research products distinct within the operative verticals, & Manage,nurture & cultivate those accounts to ensure recurring revenue

Requirments & Skills: 

•    4-5 years of relevant experience  & atleast 1 year of team handling experience (minimum of 2 resource handling ) is mandatory
•    Incumbent must have worked with B2B global sales  industry
•    Exposure to knowledge / research product will be an advantage
•    Impeccable communication skills, both written and verbal
•    Strong command in Power point presentation’s (PPT’s)
•    Should be able to demonstrate negotiation and pitching skills through past experience
•    B.Tech And MBA
