RESEARCH ENGAGEMENT CONTRACT

This Research Engagement Contract shall apply to all sales of our services and offerings, including, without limitation, market reports. In addition, each sale of service is also subject to and governed by the terms and conditions set forth in our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Disclaimers listed on www.bisresearch.com.

The Vendor

BIS Research (“BIS Research Inc.,”, “BIS Research Private Limited”, “we,” “our” or “us”) is a leading market intelligence and technology research company. BIS Research provides custom in-depth market intelligence insights focusing on market estimations, technology analysis, emerging high-growth applications, deeply segmented granular country-level market data and other important market parameters useful in strategic decision-making for senior management. We provide multi-client reports, company profiles, databases and other research services.

The Customer

The customer being a corporation / organization / individual named herein the Performa invoice attached, desiring to seek market intelligence insights and report on market estimations, technology analysis, emerging high-growth applications, deeply segmented granular country-level market from BIS Research.

Now herewith, this Research Engagement Contract is binding upon the vendor and customer upon and after the customer having issued a purchase order or accepting the Performa Invoice issued by BIS Research and is subject to following terms:

Performa Invoice

Performa Invoice and the Research Proposal issued by BIS Research to the customer forms basis of the Research Engagement Contract. It would carry the title of the project, scope of work, and value of consideration.

Payment Terms

Client shall make the payment as per the terms set in the Performa invoice / invoice. All applicable taxes shall be borne by the client. Payment default will be considered as material breach of the contract. If the client fails to pay the services fee on the due date, interest rate up to 24% per annum will be charged from the due date of payment.

Delivery Terms

The market research report shall be deliveredto the customer by email. The period of delivery is typically 24 hours from receipt of payment, but can vary subject to the level of customization and scope of engagement. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that their designated email address is accessible only to authorized personnel from their organization.

Physical Delivery of a printed report can also be done by us if specifically requested by the customer. We typically deliver a printed copy of the final deliverable insight by courier to our customer’s designated address within 3-5 working days of sending the report by email. We are not responsible for any courier delays that are beyond our reasonable control.

Termination

If any party commits a breach of its obligation, the non-defaulting party at its option may terminate the agreement by giving a written notice of such breach. However, such termination shall not be effective if the defaulting party has cured the default within fifteen days from the date of such notice.

Cancellation and Refunds

Customers are solely responsible for confirming that our service meets their requirements. Due to the confidential nature of information contained in our report, cancellation of orders will not be accepted after payment or delivery.

Copyright

Our offering contains highly confidential information and are exclusively the property of BIS Research and its licensors. Disclosing, copying, circulating, quoting or otherwise reproducing contents is strictly prohibited. Access to information is provided exclusively for the benefit of the individual or the organization concerned who has purchased from us. Our product must not be accessed by or offered to, whether for sale, use, loan, license or otherwise, any third party. Our copyright policy is available.

This Contract is entered into as on the date of the Performa Invoice issued by BIS Research.
