Senior Business Development Associate

We are looking to hire a resource for Global Outbound/Inbound Business Development/Sales Process for its Noida Office to join immediately. BIS Research India operation boasts of a very young, smart, self-driven, entrepreneurial and dynamic workforce, with alumni coming from prestigious institutions like BITS Pilani, NITs, Manipal, Colleges under Delhi University (SRCC, Kamla Nehru, Miranda House), and foreign universities like Eller College of Management, Manchester University and Middlesex University, among others

Responsibilities:

  1. Understand Market Intelligence Reports from various verticals and draw a synopsis from those reports 
  2. Target the right companies and the right set of people (These people should either be influencers or decision makers) and make a strong database of clients who can be approached
  3. Market the assigned and upcoming reports through different sources like LinkedIn, Slide share etc. and at the same time proactively generate leads
  4. Work on a regular basis with global clients to understand their requirements and update them about ongoing progress 
  5. Retain the existing clients and further probe them to enhance business opportunities
  6. Work closely with Sales Manager to increase the Closure Ratio and Number of New Acquisitions
  7. Use a consultative approach to qualify New Business Opportunities.

Preferred Skills:

  1. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  2. Should be able to demonstrate negotiation and pitching skills through past experience
  3. Should be willing to work in the U.S. and Europe time zones
  4. Should be flexible in terms of work timings based on business requirements
  5. Prior experience in outbound market research/consulting sales desired
  6. Prior experience in Inbound BD/Sales would be an advantage
  7. Must be able to work in a demanding, fast-paced environment
